Shipping Policy

To ship your order the same day, the order should be placed before  11:00 AM EST.

Shipping cost may still change upon order processing. We will send you an email or call you if there are any changes with the shipping cost.

Discount codes are not applicable for products and orders with special pricing.

Free shipping on orders  that are shipping from our warehouse within your region for orders over $1395. For items that are not in stock at  the  warehouse within your region at the time of your order , we can either transfer the product to our warehouse within your region, which could take 2 weeks, or simply ship from any warehouse and have to pay freight.

Any shortage on order received must be reported within 15 days from delivery date and freight damages needs to be reported to be within 7 days.
