Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise, we will charge you an additional 25% restocking fee and you have to pay for the shipping.

Make sure to call us first at (803) 693-5506 before sending the product back to us so we could provide you with proper instructions, a return authorization number, and correct return address. Note that we have several warehouses. Please do not ship items back directly to our business address listed on the website. This is to make sure that you will get a refund for the returned items.  Should you return an item to us without contacting us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost that may incur to ship the returned item to the proper warehouse address.

 

Please note that item must be in resalable condition, meaning unused and in original packaging.  RA’s are valid for up to 30 days

  • If an item is returned in nonresalable condition then it will not be received and no credit memo would be issued
    • Examples of items not in resalable condition
      • Torn or damaged packaging including torn flaps or damaged corners on the box and ripped clamp packaging.
      • Inner plastic bags that were ripped open or missing
      • Scratches and marks on item

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note: Refunds sometimes can take up to 3- 5 days depending on the financial institutions' policies.
